A couple of months ago I picked up a Kestrel 32 from my local REI and I am flat hooked. This thing is by far the most comfortable pack I have ever had. Wondering if there are any other guys here who just love there Osprey packs.

Had my Talon 44 for a couple years, and love it! Carries a good chunk for it's size, and is extremely comfortable. Looked long for a pack of this size, and wasn't really an Osprey fan before. This pack converted me.

I don't own one but have used one for light use, they are amazing. When its time for me to purchase a new pack, that's the route I'm headed.

Just bought a new Aether 60 yesterday at a local store - I wanted a bigger pack after using a Kestrel 32 last summer. I can't agree more with everyone on how comfortable they are. I am one wide and big dude - This pack fits me very well. I had the hip-belt molded in the store I bought it from which really makes the pack feel worn in and fit to my body. I loaded it up today with all of my summer backpacking items (hammock, rainfly, UQ, sleeping bag, etc.) and it holds and carries everything extremely well, with room to spare. Definitely going to see some winter use.

I wasn't planning on buying a pack locally as I wanted to try a snag a used pack. I tried on several different models - Atmos, Exos, and one other that I can't remember. I was sold on the Atmos when I was researching packs but I didn't like the way it fit in store (frame was too small on the bottom of the pack). When I first looked into Osprey I was unaware that the sizes for bags referred to torso size, rather than an "overall" sizing. I was about ready to throw myself into any XL bags they had when I really needed a large. I don't know much about other brands (namely Gregory, Deuter, Kelty) but the store I was at had around 3 Osprey packs for every 1 other brand pack. I asked the employee about it and he said that they sell more Osprey packs than any other brand by quite a large margin. Either way, I'm one very happy customer

My ice climbing pack is a Variant 52, it has held up well over a few years of considerable abuse.

Have an Ather 70...really like it. Seems like the design is very good..hip belt is comfy and the back pad is designed so I dont sweat like a new york waiter!

I have an Atmos for when I need a larger bag for multi-day trips and have been really happy with it.

I'd love to try out one of their smaller day packs if my Deuter Speed Lite ever fails, but it looks like it may outlast me.

I wish I could say I was a fan of theirs. As it is, I'm not able to do any backpacking currently, and their biking/running packs are a bit too heavy for my preference.
Still, If I ever find myself needing a pack for a multi-day trip in the future, they'll be one of the first companies I'll look at. I've heard some great things about their stuff, this being the latest. I love the company's philosophy, too. I'm not sure how many of you guys know this, but the founder of Osprey, Mike Pfotenhauer, actually moved his family to Vietnam for four years in order to supervise Osprey's facilities there. Simply amazing.
