Any paintballers out there?

Used to love playing in high school, I had a basic Tippman that I upgraded parts on, nothing super quality but could handle the style of playing that I did. They built a huge paintball facility a mile from where I lived, but they began using it for a local team to practice and drove all the casual players away, so they eventually shut down for private use only. I assume the local team disbanded because I can’t find a trace of them anymore on socials and the arena is gone. I wish there was a good place near me, I loved every second of it, had the welts to prove it!
 
Ah that brings back memories. I used to play all the time back in middle/high school. I had a Tippman model 98 I loved. I lived next to a big wooded area so a couple of friends and I would go in there, stall each other, build forts in the trees, have all out battles. Good times.
 
Started playing in college. Our boss had a bunch of land he'd let us run and gun on. We also went and played indoor at a place about an hour away. I wouldn't mind playing again.

Texarkana, TX. They shut it down, I think they’re prices were too high. Around here people don’t have much money to put towards “fun stuff”. Texarkana has a history of 6 month businesses, lots of hype around new things to do and then they shut down real fast.
 
Started playing this March. Coworker got me to go. Been going almost every Saturday. At 51 I don’t do any dives or slides. Great fun.
 
I've wanted to get into playing in some capacity, but I'd have to get ahold of a Sheridan K series marker and find a place where they use vintage stuff.

I think that's about the only way it would really be very fun for me.

You can actually get a very usable affordable pump marker made by Azodin for like $199. They're very popular. I run a new school autococker quite often! Anybody playing in the NJ area?
