Any pics of OD blade with black or tan scales?

I am thinking about changing my OD/Snakeskin BATAC to OD/Black Micarta or OD/Tan Micarta. I have a bad feeling that the Snakskin, because of milling, is going to look too bright and clownish. Thanks

Thanks Heavy. So, since you've actually handled the SJTAC in OD/Snake I'm glad to hear that you still think it looks good. I have a CGFBM with really dark snakeskin on OD and it looks killer. I think it's the best combo I've seen. I'm still not sure about the way snake looks when milled for the TAC handle. I will probably keep the order as is and see how it looks.

I think it looks awesome. The cut on the TAC Handles goes right through all the colors and they really look good.

Lot's of reds and yellows. Almost looks like flames.


and yes... the STripper is awesome.

I have a HOGFSH and SJ with tan and green. The SH is green over tan - very few made I understand. In fact, I don't think I've seen ANY other green and tan FSH's.

mineral oil. two coats, looks amazing oiled, but the oil rubs off when i put it in a sheath.
