Any pics of Tony Bose (or other) 2 blade Large Coke pattern? (No 17)

Friends, I see on the pattern list on Mr. Bose's site that the large coke pattern is (or was) available as a 2 blade version - wondering if anybody has a pic of this pattern by Mr. Bose or other maker?
