I think I may have posted this awhile back, I can't really remember. But my spyderfly has long lost its spring latch, and I'd like to replace it. Anywhere I can find just the spring latch? Maybe the szabofly latch would work?

I don't believe it would, at least not without modification.

The "arm" of the Szabofly's latch is about 1/16" shorter, so it would not reach. You might be able to lengthen the arm sufficiently by grinding down the "latch" end, but it also may not work. If it did, you might also have to reduce the width of the pivot end slightly, since the opening in the Szabofly's handle for latch pivot is a bit wider than the Spyderfly's. Not sure how closely the latch fits the recess.

Just using the Szabofly spring with the Spyderfly's latch would not work either. The Sabofly's latch arm is only about half as thick as that of the Spyderfly, and the springs are bent to fit their respective latch arms.
