Could we have an "Upside Down" La Griffe even??
I've been thinking,it hurts, if the blade and handle were the same size but the blade "Flipped" so the cutting edge is on top.Not just putting the edge on the back side,but changing the whole curve of the blade in the opposite direction.
The blade to handle angle would have to be changed but it'd make a great point up edge out/point down edge in type knife.
What has me asking altogether is SouthNarcs "pikal" style knife work and his "Clinch Pick" and "Disciple" knife designs.Seems to me a modded La Griffe would work well in both these grips making it an even better last ditch ultimate hidden knife for when things go real bad.
It even has some merit in utility applications,a reversed White Water Rescue Knife would let you rip cuts away from fragile material like inflatable boat hulls and flesh in an EMT type setting?
Hope you feel the idea has some merit as I would love to see one of these knives made!
