Any plans for a production CQC-8?

To the best of my knowledge, there is not.

It's a shame. The CQC8 is tops on my "Please-make-this-a-production-item" list too.

I believe rumor control had this as being talked about back in late 98. I know I'd love to see it. This is the one Emerson I would be extremely tempted to pay the large aftermarket price for.

Maybe, if all of us shout real loud at the same time, we might be heard.

I would love to see a production 8. I have a custom on order, but who knows when I'll get it. So you've got my vote for a production 8.

A waved production "8" would be most welcome. It's been on my wish list since I first saw one in '96 or so.
I would give one (or more) a warm home in my hand/pocket & treat it very well.

Ahhhhh yes

The waved CQC8 my favorite of all Emerson's blades. I'd definetly want to be able to get my hands on more of them.

If it does become a production model or heck even a Custom/Production model you guys would have to get through me to buy 'em...........

OK. Now that I have my custom 8, I want a production version even more.

I would be curious to know what makes Ernie decide on one design over another for a production piece. Has this been discussed before? I couldn't find anything on a search.
