Any "red flags" on this knife?

I don't know enough yet to tell for sure, first things that stand out, are the display obscuring the birth certificate info', and the lock bar and clip being different colors than the rest of the frame.

Many of the inlays came with polished slabs except for the locking bar and clip. I believe my mammoth bark Sebenza's are the same way and I had a large and small burl like the one you show.

It looks pretty good from the pictures, but they could be clearer. On these polished knives the clip is the regular sebenza clip, and the lock bar is not polished.

Here's a picture of my small box elder burl sans clip to give you something with which to compare it.

OK thanks, it looks kinda odd, but apparently it's normal. Totally dig the box elder burl,and it's a lefty!
