Any reviews of the Gila or the Komodo ?

Have a chance to pick them up fairly cheap but would like to hear about edge holding and lockup before I spend my cash.
 
I haven't cut anything with them, but I've handled them quite a bit, at shows and whatnot. Lock up is solid. I been using the Dozier fold.ers alot at work, and the edge retention is fair (same steel)

My line of work is hard on knives, so, I can't really say much in regards to how long it will hold an edge. Cut open a few bags of refractory, and its a butter knife, but the same thing happens to S30V, AUS8, CPM154 and Elmax, so......
