Hello I'm new to knife collecting and particularly Boker. That said I'm ashamed to admit I picked this one along with a CHE at an auction and made the real rookie mistake and bid against someone else! I originally was attracted to the Tirpitz as an edc piece due to the better steel than the Cutco and SOG pieces I now carry. After getting sucked in by the other bidder I am into these for more than I wanted to be so I am curious if the Tirpitz is worth preserving or go ahead and enjoy it (learning my lesson)?
