Any sources for cheap but sturdy machete sheaths?

Just what the title says. I've come into a few new choppers that came sans sheath--a Hansa 24" Aguila Lampon, and an Imacasa 20" Colima. I need something to carry them in, and simultaneously don't want to spend too much OR have flimsy crap. I have them in cardboard right now, and I don't trust the chemicals in PVC enough to do that trick. Any suggestions?

Making your own kydex, maybe? I've really looked into it, but I've heard it's an inexpensive and fun hobby.

I think you can buy the cheap cold steel machete sheaths separately, it would just be a matter of finding which sheaths would work or could be easily modified to work with what you have.
