I would like to know what kind of Stek knives are floating around. I used to have a really good collection of them.....that is until my house was broken in to....twice. I do still have a few that survived, and thankfully my favorite (and first) one is still with me. I would love to see what everyone else has, as well as your thoughts on his knives.

I don't have one but man that one you have is a beuty!

Never heard of them before. The pics you posted are really sweet, though! This kind of stuff is what really keeps me coming back to BF. The recommend a [whateverknifestruckmyfancylately] threads get old, but learning about cool stuff like this is really fun.

Thanks guys. I have always enjoyed his work. They are great users too. He has been making his own Damascus and knives for close to twenty five years now. He is really well known for his big bowies.

Honestly? I thought you misspelled "steak" and were referring to kitchen knives. Lot of grammar errors floating around. :)

Anyway, that is a lovely blade. I too am interested in seeing what others have to say/show.

I hear you on the grammar! What is this world coming to? Haha. Thanks it sings like a tuning fork too.

Surely I am not the only one on here that has any Stek knives! He has been making over 20 years and sold all over the world. If you aren't familiar with his stuff you would be well advised to try to find some. :)

Look what I found today. I forgot I had this one, the blade is forged from a Harley Chain, the bolsters are mammoth tooth and I forget what the wood is, still looking for the doc's on this one.

Bought this Stek in 2003:

This is extremely great!

I've got a couple, one with a short blade and buffalo horn scales i got in the 90s, gave it to my oldest daughter. This one I got in 07 and its been on a lot of trips with me. Used it a lot and its a good camp knife and holds a great edge.
