There must be a couple of Rolling Stones fans here, right? ;)

I'm not a fanatic, but I went to the Stones concert at the Rogers Centre (formerly the Skydome) here in Toronto last night. No matter whether you like them or not, there's no argument that Mick Jagger works his A$$ off on stage, non-stop from beginning to end. Not bad for a grandfather! I'm not sure, but I think I even noticed Keith Richards moving once or twice. ;) Seriously, he was also up there rockin' and rollin' up a storm. Of course, if you buried him today and dug him up 8 months later, he'd still LOOK the same. :D The staging was unbelievable - the size of an apartment building. The sound was a bit muddy (but not bad, considering the venue) and the lighting sequences to highlight the songs were probably the best I've ever seen.

I know that ticket prices for this tour are insane, but if you have a chance to get them, do it.

Has anyone else seen this show yet?

They rock, I just dont know why they still want too.

Dismantling the stage.

Why do they still do it? Because "...they need the money to support their current lifestyle." (from a VERY reliable source! ;) ;) ;) )

You lucky man seeing The Rollingstones. I can only imagine and am sure I'd be in awe and in shock like I was when I saw Paul McCartney...droooL Yes I love the Stones.

Well, darlin', we'll have to see what we can do about that. :)

Not that much luck involved. I know their Tour Manager.
Yes! Send them East to Columbia PLEASE. :) :) :)

Me too.Despite their current politics. They rock.Going with my sister in law, brother working and I got his ticket. They're stage show is so awesome it has to be seen to be believed.Only one I ever saw to equal it was Pink Floyd's.Wonderin' if they'll have the 30 foot Honky tonk woman? :)

I like a lot of their stuff (Sympathy for the Devil and Paint It Black are probably my favorites), but I saw a video of Sympathy live from a recent concert and it was horrible. :thumbdn: Must've just been a bad night :D

If you like the Stones Sympathy for the Devil, the Guns N' Roses version is pretty cool too.

Let's see now.....Mick Jagger vs. Axl Rose.....Axl Rose vs. Mick Jagger. No contest. Mick is The Prince of Darkness, Axl is just a Pretender to The Throne.

I love that song 'Paint it Black' is that the name of it? Anyway, one of my all time favorites.

Huge stones fan here...I have every song they ever recorded on my Ipod. I have been to every concert in the USA since 1981 their shows are always a great time.

I'm not a huge Stones fan, but I still have a few favorites by them.

I've heard that the last couple of years their shows haven't been as good, but seeing as how there are people younger than them hanging out in nursing homes, they aren't doing too bad.

I saw them in Syracuse about 15 years ago. They were a really good show, but old even then

I quit going to concerts when the tickets got more expensive than the recordings.

I saw the Stones in Denver in 1971 when Stevie Wonder was the opening act and "Let it Bleed" was new.

When the Stones are involved, it's not even a 'concert' anymore, is it? It's more of a 'social event' for most of the old geezers there (like me). Surprisingly, there were LOTS of teenagers in the crowd. (Why not - I go to see Coldplay, White Stripes, and Killers!)
