I noticed a commercial offering to "Aero Knives" for 10 bucks and a sharpener (Called the Edge of Glory :p ) ... and "Call now for free shipping"

any thoughts? I didn't buy cause I cant find anything on the steel.

It looks like a skeletonized version of just another cheap knife...

Any thoughts at all? I guess for 10 bucks its hard to go wrong but........??? I don't know...

Aero Knife is the versatile kitchen knife that is designed to do it all; Guaranteed to stay razor sharp for life. The secret is the aerodynamic design that creates less friction when you slice. Get clean cuts every time.

NEVER needs sharpening. So light, it floats above the cutting board, so the edge never touches the wood.

Exactly when are "aerodynamics" important on a knife? I tend to cut food with my kitchen knives--not air.

Judging by the swooshing sounds here, you need knives with low air drag coefficient. :p

This was too cool!

My next goal in life is to perfect that stare into the distance after finishing cutting onions.

I actually have one of those. Got it in an office secret Santa exchange.

It's garbage. Incredibly flimsy and the "edge" is just sawtooth-like serration that would tear and mutilate any food you let it near. It does go through anything but in a really ugly way.

If you want a great budget kitchen knife that's easy to maintain, get a Richmond Artifex in AEB-L

That is the sickest looking fish mush I have ever seen!! Love sushi, but that is yuk.
