Any tricks to center a blade on a FRN pinned knife?

I've got a Spyderco Calypso Jr that has pinned construction and FRN handles with a poorly centered blade. Are there any tricks on fixing this?

It's to the "left" of center such that when I open it with my right thumb, it pushes the blade over and just barely touches the opposite side.

You simply need a vise and a judicious application of force.

I didn't have a centering problem but the pivot on my old Native developed a lot of play. A few light taps, while checking after every blow, on the pin fixed it. I don't carry it much lately so I can't attest to the durability of the fix though.

I folded a piece of paper several times and shimmed it straight. Tapped the pivot a few times and now it's centered! I went a little too far and made it a bit stiff, but now I have an excuse to play with it (insert dirty joke here).

The only judicious use of force for this one is not to use any at all. Send it in or live with it.
