Any update on Vulcan release date?

As of right now, we're looking at the end of July for the first shipments of the Vulcan.

I imagine you will have a few at the Atlanta Blade Show. Looking forward to the show and of course I will visit the SOG booth.
 
One question i have about it is: wheres the pocket clip? all the pics on the SOG website show no clip and no holes for one either that i can see. Is it tip up or tip down carry, or is it all of the above?
 
The pocket clip is on the butt of the knife similar to the Mini X-Ray, Flash, and SOG Trident. The reason there is not a clip picture is that we have not finalized the clip design. The clip will be reversible and it will be a tip up carry. I hope this helps and as soon as we can I'll get a clip picture up for all to see.

Played with a vulcan at Blade this weekend and Its one of the coolest knives I've seen in a while. If it came in 1/2 serrated I'd be all over it. I may still be all over it. The action is really sweet with the index finger kick and the blade is super thick way out to the tip and seems like it would be really strong. In my opinion it kind of resembles the tomcat, but YMMV.
 
Spencer showed me the Vulcan at the show. I really like the design, heft, and overall feel. I believe I'll probably get one of these.
