Any vendors stock the rc5 with the cordura sheath?

Specifically in tan or OD?

I am ready to pull the trigger on an rc5 but don't want to spend another 60 on a Tan/od molle back/pouch that are seconds. The knife is gonna be perm mounted to my BOB so I'd like It as tight to it as possible. Something I'm not sure the so called second "loose" molle back sheath will do.

I also hear there was a problem with the cordura sheaths that came with the rc5, thus the switch to kydex was made. What was the problem with the originals? Thanks

ir you want the sheath tight to the bag use the molle clips that come with the kydex, it wont be going anywhere. other than that you will be looking for a older knife esee changed to the kydex quite a while ago so you'd be looking for old stock. or you could pick up a spec ops sheath or eagle sheath.

A quick google of "RC-5 cordura" turned up some results but as cricket said, check to verify with the seller as a lot of them have old product descriptions.
