Any video/audio tutorials on using a strop?

I've tried searching to no avail. I recently made me a nice leather strop, but the problem is I've only read posts on how to use it.

I'm a very visual learning type of person and wanted to know if there are any links that show a video and audio of the basic how-to's?

I'm afraid I might be using too much pressure on the blade or perhaps not matching up the correct bevel angles and am actually making my blades duller and not sharper.

Any help appreciated.
 
Thanks for those links, but those are for stropping a straight razor and that won't work for a pocket/hunting knife. At least I don't think it would since you simply lay a straight razor flat on the strop and that won't work on any of my knives I'm trying to sharpen.

Any other ideas?
 
I raise the spine and push edge in very gently until the edge bites into the leather, that's the angle I hold at. The motion is the same, but I don't go that fast.
