Don't think you are going to get too much joy looking at the thread posted. You both seem to have issues.

I think as a Gold Member you have conversation privileges, perhaps you should pic the appropriate Mod/Admin and message them with you concerns.

How do I seem to have issues? I explained to this person many times what was happening and he didn't like what he heard. I shipped his items on time and it took a bit to track. Now he has me on the "Bad" thread and making shit up about me. That's not cool. I don't know how to contact the mods

Not buying into the issues you both have however....

See one of the mods (look through some of the threads in here) click on their username and you should see a button for "send message". Hope that helps.

We (mods) are aware of ongoing issues and are examining the matter currently. One of my colleagues is taking lead on it.

Resolution, one way or another will not be far off, as far as I can tell...at least in some measure.
