Any Wegner Jr. Failures?

My plain Wegner Jr. arrived today. Beautiful fit and finish.
I was wondering if anyone had ever had the liner lock of the Wegner Jr. fail under actual use? The lockup is tight and the handle very rigid, but I was wondering how it holds up in "the real world."

I have both the full size and the jr. Both are over a year old. The full size gets carried more than the jr. I have had absolutely no problem with either.

There have been stories of the liner lock moving across to the far side with wear although mine have not done so. Even with the movement in lockup, as far as I know the point of engagement is all that has changed, the knives still lock up as they should.

I have never heard of one failing the "spine whack" test or failing in actual use.
