Any word on the green P2 in CTS 204p?

Anyone hear anything on how the green P2 sprint is progressing? The estimated month of delivery is for June. I have one on pre-order. My birthday is July 1st so this is my present to myself Oh the KW page says july but the spyderco site says june.

I can't figure out if I actually need one of these or not. I've got the Grey, Orange, Blue, and a Digi-cam one, but the Brown doesn't seem to be calling me as much and I'd basically only be getting the Green one for the steel (which is what, just Carpenter's answer to Bohler's M390?).

I'll probably cave, but I'm still disgruntled that I'm basically going to have to shell out $300+ for an S90V PM2, so I'm not sure how much more money I can spend on PM2s and still cough up enough for the Techno when it starts shipping (and hit the few other Spydies on my wish list).

That might be the fastest of the Para 2 sprints. The orange ones are the last sprint run to be issued and they sold out in about 12 days. The blue ones took a long time to sell, brown ones might still be available even. I don't know about the gray ones, or the sales stats on any of the militaries.

Maybe you can get lucky and find a Green Para2 on the Exchange without a box in a couple months... If you don't mind not having a box that is.

That is just the back half of the original run. They haven't sold out as fast as the other recent limited production versions.

This is the first sprint I have ever pre-ordered, does Spyderco usually make their ship dates?

Spyderco doesn't usually give ship dates because if they aren't met then people get upset. If a date was given it was done by the store which is most likely based on a guess.
