Anybody else excited for the ZT 0562?!

I don't know about you guys, but I'm excited for the release of the ZT 0562.

I love the 0560, and the 0562 looks like the perfect "little bother" to it.

Let me know what you guys think. Are there any places selling it yet? Or is it still just pre orders?

I look forward to hearing what you guys have to say about the 0562.
 
I know I am! Have you checked the other thread on it? Or seen the video posted by sticktodrum?

It's a beautiful knife, and my favorite part is the handle shape! I'm just glad they're going to be regular production pieces, because I can't afford one at the moment.
 
How can you not be! I've had the cf model on preorder for forever now. Hopefully they will be out soon but don't hold your breath. Kai takes their time releasing knifes. It's best to get on the preorder list and forget about it until you get the email, then get excited. That's what I'm trying to do......trying

And I'm partial to the G10 version, myself. I sure would love to handle one of these puppies.

Yeah, "trying" haha. I need to get my pre order in. Which do you guys prefer, the CF model or regular?
 
G10 for me :thumbup:

I appreciate CF aesthetically, but when I have a choice I go with good ol' G10.
 
I like the m390 one, but will probably not get one. I just spent a chunk on knives and I'm done with pre-orders for a while. And though it's getting there, it's still a bit too big in my book.
 
Si...I think the grind is going to make this a very useful knife, and really bridge the gap for those who like the Hinderer Slicer Grind, and offer an affordable production model that is more true in form to it.
 
I like the g10 handle more but I ordered the cf one cause I already have elmax steel in another knife. I want to try m390 and see how it stacks up against cts204p
 
Looks awesome. Like the knife I thought the 0566 could have been. But (except for the flipper) not all that different from my 0551. So I'll probably pass for now. But that slicer grind...
 
Extremely stoked, CF version for me probably but it hinges on the sale price. I'm in Canada so the pre-orders don't work out that well (shipping a flipper across the border) so I just keeping checking the Canadian sites with my finger on the trigger.
 
Thanks for the link Gavin. I pre-ordered the CF Hinderer and Emerson collaborations at the same time as soon as I new about them. Can't wait!
 
Definitely looking forward to it, actually it's the only knife I'm really looking forward to getting right now. I've got the 0560, 0566, Cryo. I wanted an actual Hinderer but ain't gonna pay the prices people are asking. I've really cut back on my knife purchases over the last couple years, got too many just sitting in a tool box not being used. Still not 100% sure which model I'll get but I'm guessing it'll probably be the CF model.
 
Can't wait for this one. This one will probably be even more popular than the 566

Exactly NaturalMystic, I may never have the need to buy a Hinderer ever again. I'm pumped over it, I want one of each and I'll still have money left over :)

It's a bit too big in my book as well, mrdeus. But the 0770CF is an indication that ZT is willing to move in the right direction. Maybe one day they'll make a Hinderer collab based on the 3.0" XM-18. That would be a grail knife for me.
