Anybody else running Fedora Core 4?

I just wiped out Windows XP from my desktop and installed Fedora Core 4. I'm keeping my laptop Windows. I used Fedora at my job this summer and I really liked it. Is anybody else running this on a home machine?

Now that I have Fedora installed, though, I'm finding some small things I can't figure out how to set up. My trackball is a 5 button with a wheel. On Windows I set it up so the far left and far right are back and forward in a program. That works well for web browsing, and I'd really like to get it set up that way in Fedora. Does anybody have any idea how to change what my trackball buttons do?

Ok, here comes the computer geek in me. I am currently using an old laptop I picked up for a couple hundred bucks running Slackware and wireless networking. It is really cool, just a much bigger pain to get setup and runnning than Windows.

I am not really familiar with Fedora. What desktop environment are you using?
