Saw this and was just wondering if any of you guys had one to show?? Im refering to the offer for a schrade almanac at the bottom????

Maybe Codger can give is a rough date on it next time he stops by.

That's a nice one. I've never seen one like that either. It looks like the address on the package is Canal St., that may help narrow down the date.
 
Schrade was at Canal Street from 1958 to 1984, when they moved to the monster plant on Rt 209. The Old Timers were introduced 1959/60?, although I'm sure these bottles came along quite some time after the intro.. I've got a couple right in front of me! (no packaging though, I love that combo Gradall!). If someone kmows when bar codes were introduced we could probably narrow it down even further.

These were packaged like this from 1984-87. 1983 has a different packaging.
Check out the catalogs on the site. The almanacs are there too.
 
I have some of the care kits , but not this one! this is a nice one!

I have a remnant of the older SAK-2 kit, pretty beat up and missing the metal oil can. I've substituted it with the newer vinyl bottle to show it's placement:
