Anybody ever heard of Nitrox Stainless Steel?

Evidently it's a French stainless used for kitchen knives mostly. I haven't been able to find out much about it or even who makes it. Maybe somebody here can point me in the right direction? It's supposed to be pretty good stuff, easy to grind and have good edge holding...

Thanks! You are right, I was able to get a data sheet and it's a nitrogen alloyed stainless similar to Cronidur 30 et al. Looks like it would make a comparable blade. Trade name is actually Aperam MA5.
I appreciate the help!
