Anybody ever heard of this paticular Benchmade?

Just ordered a Benchmade 941D2CF from OneStopKnife that should be here anytime. It's a regular 941 configuration with a blade made from D-2 steel and a Carbon Fiber handle. They said it was the last one they had and was a limited run.

Ever seen or heard of one like this?
 
They made a 940 version, too. Slick knife, but it didn't really float my boat for some reason.
The Ti version on the other hand...:D

I've got the NICA limited Ti and S30V version. It is sweet! :D

I've handled a 940D2CF and it was super slick. Very light weight!
