I got these for Christmas.

History Of Mokena book, from Becky and Dave.
Buck Chairman Series 303 from Alison.
Lowes gift card from Angie and Mark.
Buck 113 from Connie.

Mini Canadian from Bark River. Oh, and a Potowatamie from you in February! Shouldn't Christmas be every month? Happy Holidays.

Unbroken, book about WWII by Laura Hillenbrand. Looking forward to reading it. I'm a big history buff.

Trek-Light hammock, an old NIB Schrade UH Papa Bear lockback, and "Caveman Chemistry" a book that covers a LOT of primitive skills geared towards non-outdoors folks, so pretty simple read and all the skills build on each other.

Hi John -

I received a SilverStag Mountain Edge knife in D2 tool steel, and a 4 target, self resetting drop down target for 22lr.

I will take that to the range later in the week and have some fun!

just got back from the stream with my son and a new fishing pole, he got very cold, but had all kinds of fun.

My father in law gave me a like new Schrade-UH/Craftsman stockman. I think it's a pre 70's model.

My mom refuses to buy me any of the knives that I put on my list, so instead she got me a schrade Ti pocket tool, and my brother got me WWII in HD :)

My wife got me all the stuff to set up a boxing gym in the garage (heavy bag, speed bag, bag stand, etc.) but now I have to clean out the garage. I also got buck urine and preserved shad, along with a digital fish scale and a fur Russian style hat.

We are in Ft Lauderdale for two weeks now and I am getting ready to run to Bass Pro to use one of my other gifts (BPS gift card). It's been beautiful here so far and the fishing has been excellent!

Sean,

You definitely get the prize for "interesting" gifts. Enjoy your trip!

Thanks Jeff! It's been in the 80s every day. We are going into Miami later today and down to the Keys tomorrow. It looks like we may even get in a fishing charter on Friday.

My family and I went on vacation to Tybee Island in GA instead of exchanging gifts. My father, however, loves to buy gifts for people so I still got a Victorinox Tourist, which may be my favorite model of SAK as it has everything I want and nothing I don't. I was surprised and thrilled.

I also got a kidney stone for christmas, which was just as surprising, but a bit less thrilling.

My father surprised me with a small indoors R/C helicopter. It is surprisingly fun trying to fly this thing. I think a larger one that can bank/flip would be awesome until I crashed it. Got some jerky, clothes, and books which I really like, but probably not the most interesting. Hopefully get a knife or two for my birthday.

Sounds like you had a Victorinox Christmas! I just picked up a plastic handle Bantam, with a Vic keyfob, for $9 at Target on closeout. I also got the 15% off of that price, just could not pass it up.

A-zon also had some sweet deals on SAKs. I picked up some for gifts too.
