Yippee! The new BudK catalog came in yesterday's mail! :barf: I was almost out of toilet paper anyway. Seriously, what a bunch of crap! How can anyone, in good conscience, sell this garbage? Even the decent stuff they sell is so overpriced, it's insulting. :mad:
 
I got one also. I seem to recall a big bowie for only $3.95. I'll bet that's a good'un.
 
They sell good stuff! Much of the iron used in the 400 and 420J2 series knives is identical to the iron used in S30V. Many of their knives have handles. Handles can also be found on the entire line of Chris Reeve Knifes! :rolleyes:
 
No, Keith, I would imagine somebody sold my address to these clowns. I would never request a catalog from these pinheads.

They got me, too, which is how I know they sell knives with handles and some metal.

Spam is impersonal, so I figure that complaining about the content of said spam may be considered somewhat impersonal... :rolleyes:
 
They got my address as well, I wonder which one of our fine dealers sold it to them?
 
I used to get them, the only knife magazine I ever subscribed to is that one out of TN or KY somewhere that's printed like a newspaper.

I assume they sold my address.
 
we got one years ago before we started this business, never ordered and we still get them in the mail all the time. Some of there stuff is good, maybe 10%, but most is just cheap as hell, ugly as hell and usually both! Paul
 
They got mine too (and some jackass must have sold it to them), but some stuff I get in the mail just does not qute make it inside the house. It goes straight from the mailbox to the garbage can with all the other junk mail. :D.
 
I get them every once in a while. Well I guess you can use it to test the sharpness on your REAL knives.
 
It lines a birdcage real well, but the birds get upset at having to look at pictures of those POS all day in the bottom of their cage.

I scan it real quick. . .and get quite a few chuckles at 99.8% of their wares ! :)

It's shocking that trees are killed to produce such literary/pictorial work. :(

It's good for a few chuckles.
What really annoys me is the Magnum catalog, with perfectly good Bokers mixed in. I wish they'd seperate the Bokers into their own section.
