outdoorcode.com great value and service but just starting up so the range may seem limited to an american.

Extremeoutdoorgear.com very good prices and I think Joe has a US operation too.

Heinnie.com have some of the best and quickest service I've come across anywhere, if it's in the Blade Sourcebook, they can get it (legality permitting) They stock a lot more besides.

Toolshop.de are very good and you get free gummi bears with everything.

You could do what a lot of guys in the UK do though and buy from New Graham Knives.

Within Europe, everybody use the US or Canadian websites (or ebay) because even with the package, it's much cheaper.
And sometime, you could even avoid the taxes...

I don't think you will find any dealers in Europe that offer you better bargains than the internet dealers in the US. I live in Germany and order from US dealers all the time.
