Dan.. I wished I did too,, the other day
I just ordered a bunch of stuff on line from them :(
my air-brush is backordered though :grumpy:

If your order totals $50 or more, they pay the freight, coupon or no.

Are they less?

yeah...it's only $20 and the shipping was $8.

I went ahead and got it....I do appreciate it though, guys.

and the really silly part is that I have a HF a few miles away here....but they don't carry the item and won't order it.

not anymore Mike
at least with my last on line order it wasn't.
total $71.25 cost me $8.99 :grumpy:

they use to...and I looked for it this time...but no go... :(

Yup, that option is now gone, last order I placed was in january, and it was gone then

You'll love this; I went to buy one of their (HF) metal bandsaws the other day at the local store. They were out of stock, didn't know when they'd be in, and it definitely WASN'T on sale. I asked. So I looked it up on the website and it WAS on sale there. Even with shipping it was less than it would have been to get it at the store. I also recently had the exact same thing happen at a music store over a guitar amp. I think retail stores are quickly becoming a thing of the past. They don't have what you want or can't get it, but there it is on the website!

Yeah....I had a lengthy discussion with some HF people about this. Apparently, HF is a franchise. Each shop has its own sales - I know this now, because I get 2 different ads in the paper (every other week  ). One has the part numbers with the funny 4 digit "code" after it, ie. 90153-1VGA......and the other ad has no part number, just a "Lot No."....ie. Lot No. 142534.

The Lot No. pertains to the local store. If you see something for sale in an ad and it has "Lot No." next to it....you have to pick it up. They won't ship it either (if I wanted it from a HF farther away that was listed in the ad).

If you have an ad with the item number, then it's a national ad. However, you cannot take that ad into your local HF looking for it on sale....crazy, eh? They might not even stock it, let alone have it at that price. (I just went through this all last week)

Anyway.....I now have to keep my ads straight....and since my wife's name is on a utilities bill, she gets one...and since I've ordered from the national outlet AND have purchased locally AND am listed on their "deals" mailer.....I get at least 4 mailers every other week..... :( *sigh*

Hence, my reason for constantly throwing them all away....they're piling up!

The HF store near me is good to go; they will match the web site's price if I print the page. They have even refunded the difference once when the web site charged my girlfriend full price for an item that was on sale.

If only you could heat your forge with their mailers... ;)
