Anybody Have Lotars? Pics?

I really am not sure if Lotar is a custom maker or not, but it sure looks like it. I stumbled upon a picture of one through facebook. I was impressed with the originality and elegance.

Anyone here own a Lotar? Anyone familiar with his/ her/ their process?
