Does anyone own or have you handled the Remington R-33 Big Game folding knife? How was the fit and finish? General impressions? I have a Buck 110, 112 and a Case large folding hunter, how does it compare to those knives? Thanks for any information you may have. How is the sheath quality?

In case anyone was curious here is a little information.. I had one of these delivered Friday. The fit and finish is not as good as Buck or Case. It's not really bad but nothing to write home about. The sheath is not bad at all for a knife made in the USA that can be had for under $28.00. The main blade is a lockback and the other blade is a liner lock. It is large and fairly comfortable. The blades are not as sharp as they could be but that's an easy fix for most folks here. I am not sure who actually makes these and would like to find that information. It comes in a clamshell so there is no box if that matters. I will try and get a few photos up tomorrow if anyone is interested in this one.

I'm always interested. Snap those pics.

Yes, post the pics up. I am also interested in these. Is it the green bone heritage series knife??

Interesting.
The bone scales are quite similar in appearance to those of my Utica Stockman. Color and jigging pattern are both similar.
Your description of the fit and finish also matches.

Thanks for posting this. I've been wondering about the quality and finish on the Remington series knives. Your post is very helpful.
