They sound kind of neat.
Saw it in my King Catalog, they are run from AA batteries are in green, red, or cool white. You can get it with 3-bulbs or 6-bulbs.

They say the bulbs have a life of 100,000 hours (11-1/2 years without turning it off)and the batterys last a long time too.

The guy in the add left one on for 27day. They are mainly for pilots to look at charts with and stuff. Just wondering if anybody has heard of them?
