...how to make a scabbard for a Fikes Jungle Honey? I want one that would ride on my back, so I could reach over my shoulder and draw it that way.

If anyone doesn't know what a Jungle Honey is, I can post pics.

If I recall, the Jungle Honeys are wider at the tip then at the choil. If so, you’ll probably need a Khukri style sheath. Here’s one from Paul Long to give you an idea:

You could either just sling the sheath over your shoulder on a single strap like Xaman:

Or make something like this one from Chuddy Bear Leather:
