Just curious. If so, what kind? I am new to the blade world but old to the firearm world. Also, there is an AR15 forum, but even if you don't like ARs, there is some very good talk, about laws, the govt., we'd be glad to have you

The address is forums.ar15.com
see ya, james

Yeah, me neither. In dog years*.

Let's see, I have four Ruger SA revolvers, one S&W DAO revolver (642), one T/C Contender (with several barrels), two evil high-capacity Walther 9mm pistols, one evil black Bushmaster AR15, one evil black Mossberg 590A1 12ga., and one evil black Ruger PC9 carbine.

Rifleer1, you didn't tell us what you have??

*Yeah, I realize that doesn't make any sense. But it sounds good.

I have a Glock 30, a Remington 700 in .308, and a Ruger 96/22 lever action .22

...and it only took me about 50 purchases and trades to get me to the guns I decided to finally keep!

Needless to say, at ~$9.50 per box of 500 rounds, the .22 rifle gets the most workouts!

I have a Mac-11, a 30-30, a 30-06, a ruger 10-22, an ithica 12 gauge, and a mosberg 410 with pistol grip.

Not to start s**t, but after Nam, I got an AR15 for the old lady, and I picked up a real assault rifle, a Beglian made FN FAL, AR's just don't compare to that.

Everybody not only can but ought to own one; ownership is the difference between being a subject and being a citizen.

Remington 700 in .243
Ruger 10/22
Winchester 1300 Defender (12-gauge)
NEF single shot 12-gauge
etc.

Boy, where to start?
2 Ruger- 10-22s
Ruger GP-100 (.357)
40 S&W auto
Rem. 700 BDL in .223
2- 6.5X 55 Swedish mausers (1 Ruger/1Kimber)
12,16,20, &.410 S/Gs
and several other assorted "specialties"
Jake, used the FN/FAL while stationed in Europe, possibly the finest combat rifle available today!
Oh yea, and there are always several companion blades to go with my "toys"

I didn't, did I? I am under 18, but I have a single-barrel Eastern Arms 20 guage, and the "family" has a Russian SKS (the real thing), and a Taurus .380. I am looking to get an Armalite.

I only own a couple:

CZ 75B 9mm w/ 2 High cap Mags and 1 10 rd mag

Benelli Nova Pump action 12ga.

I believe a well armed population is a safe population.

I will not however put up a list of my firearms other than to say that I have MANY of them.

Ed, I see you like the 6.5x55.. thats probably the most under rated caliber there is. I have an old Carl Gustav that was sporterized in the 50's, maple stock, muzzle cap and lyman peep that every bit as accurate as the FAL and my fav deer gun.

Jake

Perhaps the more telling question might be:

Does anybody NOT?

Obviously, we've already seen that we have some 'minors' on the forum (don't you just LOVE that term? Two decades you're up and walking, and you're only considered a 'minor'? Who makes these rules?!?), but it seems like just about everybody who has an interest in pointy stuff has at least a passing interest in the loud toys, too. While I've not yet met anyone who holds with one and not the other, I'm sure they exist...now, are any wandering the forums???

Speak on up, now, boys...and girls...and VG.

Trying to count on my fingers but I keep getting lost somewhere.

They range from an original Sharps Carbine left over from The 1st. Vermont Cav, and General Custer, to my Millennium Gun which is a Kimber 1911 bought about 21:00 hrs. 31 Dec. 1999. I figured the FBI would be shut down for one reason or another but the check went right through.

Take a look at Vermont's new proposed gun law just posted in the Political Forum!

P.S. Yes, I know that I was 366 days early for the Millennium gun but who is counting

You bet! Primarily, I collect 9mm pistols, but I guess you could say I've got a little bit of everything.

I have a Sig 220, Ruger Gp100, Ruger Sp101, Browning BDM, Ruger Mini 14, and my personal favorite my grandfathers Winchester model 94. I'm hoping to add a Ruger SA and a Freedom Arms Casull to my collection this year.

we've got (I am not yet of legal age, which is why I carry knives) a few shotguns, a 1903 Springfield, an evil black gun with all the goodies (even an evil bayonet, which is pretty pointless), an HK USP 45 (specOps), a couple other handguns. Hy favorite rilfe is my 10/22 international w/ scope, evil banana clip. My dad has a Ruger MK II, and it shoots 1" groups at 25 yards. Want a benelli Nova and an M1A, but they are pretty expensive. Think i'll get an Enfield Jungle Carbine this summer from Gibbs Armory (check out their site.
