Just curious: when figuring out route schedules, is affluence of a given neighborhood a factor?
The reason I ask is trash seems to be picked up at my apt complex (middle class and lower middle class, I guess) around 0500. Now, the noise doesn't affect me, as I am up at 0403 every single day, but I imagine some people are still asleep. We all know that people in well off suburban neighborhoods (which are less densely populated, ironically) will pick up the phone and call or write letters, etc. to address the slightest disturbance or inconvenience, so I have to be curious as to when their garbage gets picked up.
Thanks.
