Ive been looking for a while to see if anybody does custom fixed blades with these steels: 12c27, 13c27, or 14c28n.
General specs: 6.5" blade, 5.5" handle, micarta, saber grind, finger guard, hook at the end for light chopping, straight drop point,

Any particular reason you are limiting your self to those steels?

I usually suggest finding a maker you like or a style, and asking them if they can make it. Usually, I suggest going with a steel they like, and know how to hest treat properly.

Search among the french makers. They seem to have a general preference for Sandvik steels.

Be warned though...it's rare to see any of those steels in thicker sizes. So if it's a heavy duty knife you're looking for...you might not find that in those steels.

Austrailian makers as well.

Try Stuart Ackerman (he had a colab with Spyderco last year) or Todd Edmonds.

Also.....12C27 isn't made anymore. Sandvik scrapped it off their production list if I remember properly. So that one is going to be even harder to find.

Also, Jeremy McCullen has made a lot of knives out of 14c28. I actually have one. He is active on Instagram and youtube.

And if you're ok with 13c26, alphaknifesupply was carrying the Bohler Uddlehom equivalent (AEBL) in thicker stock.

I know a guy in UK. Stuart Wilson. He is using these steels. Great maker.
