Anybody Know About Blue M Ovens ?

I have a nice Blue M oven Model M25A-1A it takes it forever to heat up. I do have my Evenheat but this is my back up. These ovens are all stainless with really nice door system. I am wondering if maybe the element might need changing. The I.D. plate says it heats to 1832F which will work for me on some. Thanks for input.
