Got a Condor Bushcraft Basic and there was a problem, the edge towards the handle was messed up looked like someone leaned alittle to close to the grinder. So I email the Condor rep and he gets me a shipping label to send it to him and when it shows as delivered I sent an email asking to please send me the tracking number when they send the replacement. I got a copy of an email sent to the factory saying send me a replacement. Good news is I may be getting one fresh off the grinder bad news is El Salvador to Texas ain't an overnight thing. So any guesses at how long I may have to wait ??? Has this happened to anybody and knows how long it will take. Next time I'm just going to order from Baryonyx.
