Anybody know what the deal is with this knife?

I know who Glenn Klecker is from his CRKT collaborations, but this clearly isn't one of them. For the price there's also no way it's a custom. Low cost midtech perhaps? Does anybody have any info on this knife?

I notice some of his axe heads are made in China. I suspect the knives are too.
