I'll take the Paralegal certification test July 25th, and then I'll be fully 8-up and good to go.
I suppose you guys are just as good a network as any, plus I trust you.
If you know any attorneys that might need a paralegal or have any ideas for me, please go for it.

Good luck especially in these difficult times.

Judging you on your posts alone I know your prospective employer will be getting a reasoned and articulate employee with an outstanding and promising future in all your endeavours.

ps. Danny I hope you are also going to post a similar thread in the Community Center section of BF?

Best of luck to you, Danny:thumbup: Whoever is lucky enough to gain you as an employee and company/firm asset will be most pleased. Besides, who could turn down a ninja in their ranks?

Job applicant #1: "Well, I graduated from ABC University with honors."
Danny: "I graduated from the University of 123 with an X.Y GPA."
Job applicant #1: "I got an A, Check +, AND a smiley face on the final exam!"
Danny: " I got all of those too.....and I'm a ninja."
<<throws smoke bomb and suddenly appears perched like a panther on the bookshelf across the room>>
Gruff ol' Senior Partner Johnson: "Danny, m'boy, you're hired! See this rather average applicant out of here....and feel free to put some sort of poisonous viper in his car or something."

I kid, but I honestly do think that you're going to make a fantastic contribution to whomever hires you. Not only do you have the brains, but you have a very open mind and out of the box style of thinking:thumbup:

Are you looking just in Texas? Are there specific areas of law you prefer?

Good paralegals are invaluable to attorneys. Good luck.

Not just Texas, anywhere but states with draconian gun laws like California.
Pretty much any area of law..

What if someone is only looking for one legal, instead of a pair of them?

I don't know about paralegals, but I know a lawyer who'd probably pounce on that nodachi of yours.

He can certainly hire me to use it...
(The o-dachi. Remember the "O" in odachi means "sacred, holy, special, auspicious, noble" etc.. My sword has incantations, blessings, etc. on the tang.)

Whoops... forgot it wasn't forged for battle.
I'll make up for it by seeing if anyone in the Ohio Valley is looking.
