just wondering if anyone here is taking or once taken Stacker2 diet pills. Did you see any results?

Don't take that crap, it's bad for you. If you're trying to lose weight the #1 thing you can do is cut out the high fructose corn syrup laden soda and go on a low carb diet. The soda is the main reason that Americans are so fat now. Since they substituted the sugar in soda for that poison from Archer Daniels Midlin soda has become the main threat to health in this country. High fructose corn syrup bypasses the normal processes in your body and is converted directly into fat and nasty deposits for your arteries.

I agree the stacker is no good for you and soda is poison, will have to disagree on the low carbs though.

Do you want to get fit or just lose a bit of weight...

If fitness is your aim try and have a look at the Body for Life system...it's a balanced system of training and eating...if you're disciplined enough it'll make you extremely fit in 3 months...

basically you train 6 days a week....very short sessions of 20 or 45 minutes each time....and eat 6 balanced meals a day....that's it...if you can do that...no problems...oh..and you get 1 day a week off to eat whatever you want and do whatever you want...

I don't recommend diet pills...they're too dangerous...you can lose a lot of weight by just changing your diets slightly...grill your food instead of frying it...drink lots of water and cut your soda intake totally...

After about 2 weeks try taste a soda and you'll feel like it's the most disgusting thing in the world..sodas will become too sweet and you won't crave it any longer...

when taken properly, I never had a problem with stackers. I lost 15-20 pounds on them at one point. the new ones that you get now without ephedra suck though, they don't promote weight loss at all. I suggest green tea as a diet supplement, it's reported to help speed up metabolism.

Eat better and do something exercise-like for 30 minutes a day. Cheaper than those $100/month bottles of pills and it will get you off the couch and away from the computer. :D

I agree with the basic idea of "getting off your ass and cutting out soda". (Not because HFCS somehow bypasses your body's systems... it's just sugar, dude.... but because you don't need the extra calories in your diet.)

Hey Fox, HFCS is NOT the same as sugar. Yes it tastes the same but it is something a little different. I'll ask my wife for the details, she is currently researching a book on blood sugar disorders and I have been listening to hours of this stuff for about a year now. :D

The problem with any diet (pills, Atkins, whatever) is that when you quit using it, you generally gain the weight back because you haven't changed how/what you eat. My wife and I increased our exercise and changed to a healthy way if eating, both of which we will continue until we keel over. We both lost a lot of weight and have kept it off.
