To post a picture as a registered member,
upload it to a web hosting site such as Imgur
Once uploaded, copy the web address of the picture,
then go to your post and click the picture tool icon on the tool bar. It's next to the smiley tool.
paste the address of the picture into the popup.
Click INSERT.

and off you go.
