Anybody remember the "scalpel on steroids"?

I recall an article in a knife mag (probably Blade or TK-uncertain of the time frame) awhile back about a small fixed blade. There was a reference to it on the cover, I believe, and a write-up in the mag. I think the cover, article, and advertising at the time referred to it as "a scalpel on steroids".
Does anyone remember the article/knife/maker?

I really liked the knife, but memory fails me

If anyone remembers the knife, who made it, details, etc., it would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Owen

Esav,
Not the one, but thanks.
I used mamma.com, and got a bunch of info on circumcision and vasectomies

I got all of those, too, but at least the Greco was up where I could find it without stumbling through the medical listings first!

The TOPS Street Scalpel is quite a beast for it's size. I'm not sure about how practical it is, but it's a nifty little piece.

Thanks guys, but that's not the one, either. The "scalpel on steroids" phrase is supposed to be referring to the knife having great cutting ability for it's size.
It's a belt knife, maybe Simonich Wambli/Camillus Talon-size, I think.
