There's a bike on ebay and the seller will not ship.
I would cover the actual cost of packing and shipping and send you a knife for your efforts (I'm sure I can find you one you'll like).

All you have to do is take bike to local bike store for packing - arrange for pick-up by Fed-EX.

Why don't you get the seller to take it to a local bike shop and you can handle it from there?

I ride in the Houston area and there are lots of bike shops here that would work with you. I am sure you would find the same thing in the San Francisco area...

Doesn't sound like a reputable seller.

You might find someone on bikeforums.net to do it.
