Anybody seen the "World's Sharpest" on Modern Marvels?

Caught an episode of Modern Marvels entitled "World's Sharpest". It was actually pretty awesome, a lot of the blades were more industrially oriented, but they did start off with a Katana and discussion about convex versus hollow grinds. All in all the episode had a a lot of real factual information on sharpening such as multi-faceted razor grinds (micro bevels) burr formation, etc. At one point one of the CEO's of a ceramic blade producer sliced through a bunch of notebook paper and then scoffs at the camera "try that with your pocket knife!". I busted out laughing as my 0801 slid effortlessly through phone book paper .

Anyone else catch this episode?

Yeah, I've seen it before and thought it was funny as well.

At least they gave a shout out to pocket knives right?
