Anybody sell a universal dangler attachment for belt sheaths?

I have a lot of nice knives that came with sheaths meant to be threaded onto a belt: kind of hard to take off the belt, add the sheath, then replace the belt. Any ideas for a way to attach a ring to a belt, then clip on the original belt sheath?

but what I am looking for would be able to be attached to any existing sheath with a loop for one's belt (I guess this would mean the metal ring would be some type of carabiner) and the portion attached to the belt would have a snap or other means of easy attachment.

Figured it out: used a locking Grimloc D-Ring and a Belt keeper - works for narrower sheaths.
