Anybody use Matt Furey's systems of exercise?

Hey all, I am interested if anyone has used his systems and what your experiences/successes/failures were with it. I believe you can find more info at www.mattfurey.com His DVD's seem pretty pricey... but if it works, may just be worth it when you consider what an annual cost to the gym is.

I'm serious... looking for some real answers here.

edited to add: sorry about the annoying pop-up in the damn site. I don't know how to get around it without giving up info I don't feel like giving up. If anyone figures out how to get past it, let us know here.

Not sure about his conditioning program, but to get around the pop up use a fake name and email addy. Worked for me.
