A very simple way to get rid of a HI Shop1 20" Sirupati is by sending me an email!

Rusty! are you there ... ?

Sorry, Mohd, but I have a 12" cracked horn handled Shop 1, a 15" wood handled Shop 1 repaired by Pala, and a 20" horn Shop 1. And I think I can get red buffalo horn big enough for the 20". No problem getting it big enough for the 12 and 15., then I can recover the scabbards in a nice matching red or in white...

WOW! Not a single email yet!

It seems nobody wants to get rid of his HI Shop1 20" Sirupati!

LOL ... maybe it will take some time for any one of you over there to make that decision?

OK ... don't forget to email me if you really got bored with that ~@#$%^*()_+!

WARNING! Please do not throw it away even if you really hate to see it's crooked appearance! you just need to email me ... another LOL.

Correct, mohd, and there's more to throwing a khukuri. Its curved shape might aerodynamically bring back while in the air directly to the thrower! Very dangerous.
Or it might not return. Dangerous also.

Okay, Mad Max 2 was a good movie for some hours of weekend.

I guess that each & every owner of HI Shop #1 20" Sirupati are not willing to let it go ... everybody just love it!

Any confession?

The reason behind my thread is purely because I'm looking for lighter blade. Comparatively (I guess) most of Birgorkha made Khuks are heavier than Shop #1 Khuks.
I am sort of skinny type with 5' 4" frame ... just experienced muscle inflamation at my right arm after some workout with GRS! LOL! ... still under massage treatment for the time being!

Your GRS troubles you?
... I think I can help you a bit in another way, for free!

Seriously, think of an average Nepalese's frame. And HI khukuris, even bigger ones are made to fit them. Unless you think you are extremely short by Nepalese standard, it's not your frame but your too much wielding the khukuri that pumps up your arm. I remember one of Uncle Bill's advice "Make your khukuri do the job."

... but your too much wielding the khukuri that pumps up your arm ...

I guess you are right! How about my 115 lbs (about 53 kgs) weight in my 5'4" body? Am I underweight? ... and the size of my arm is slightly bigger than the size of GRS wood handle!
... I will send you a Kumar Kobra ...
Pakcik Bill.
I love all your HI Shop #1, Shop #2, Birgorkha & Villager Khuks! The beauty is there! The strength is also there! The functionality is there! The practicality is also there! All my friends down here called me as a GILA KHUKURI (Khukurinut)! 20" Kumar Kobraaaa ...! Insyaa-Allaah! I guess it will be another special Khuk for me!
