Anymore news on "tank folders"?

A little while back we talked about the SOG winderII being discontinued soon. Is is still on that same path? And what about the Tomcat? I would love to see them all around for a long time to come!!! You just don't see folders built like this anymore!

Hi Skag,

I've heard no updates for you. Typically, as we evaluate our product line for the new year, these decisions happen. Assume it will be here unless you hear differently in the January/February time frame.

BTW, does the "sig40" mean a Sig Sauer in .40? Here's my SigPro in 40 cal.

I have a Tomcat (with added partial serrations). Great heavy duty folder.
The problem is that most people want light...
The only reason (at least the most common) that knives get discontinued is lack of sales...

Yeah Ron!! I love Sig's!! I have a ccp and I carry a Sig 229 in .40! My wife also shoots a Sig 239 in 9mm. She shoots better then me!! It's funny, I was talking to a few other's on another forum about the Sig pro. I'm thinking of getting one and I have never shot one and the guy at the dealer is trying to talk me out of it and get a glock. I'm not to crazy about Glocks and I swear by sigs but it seems that the Pro is one of those guns that people like or hate. I really like it's looks. How does your's shoot and how do you like it overall? Any jamb's? My other Sig's have performed PERFECT!!

Hi Chris,

My daily concealed carry is a Glock 27.

I've had no problems with jamming on either of these guns. I love them both.
